1. Warm Up
- 20 plank with hand raises R+L
- 15 Lunch warm to squat
2. Bring sally up push up challenge
3. Tri ladder 2.30’ up
- 1 down up + 1 swimming ( 2for 1) + 1 circle movement
Go up the ladder 2-2-2,3-3-3 till maximum reps!.
4. For time 3 rounds of
- 10 squat burpee overhead clap
- 12 wide push ups
- 15 plank walks
3. Tri ladder 2.30’ down
- Ex. 7 down ups + 7 swimmings (2for1) +7 circle movements
Then go down the ladder , 6-6-6, 5-5-5 etc..
